About Fujifilm Super HR-U 180
Fuji HR-U is an orthochromatic X-Ray film available in a variety of double-sided large format sheet sizes. There is emulsion on both sides of the base and no anti-halation layer. HR-U is usually exposed and developed at speeds ranging from ISO 50 to 400, though most commonly between 150 and 250. If developed using automated X-ray film processors, HR-U exhibits fairly high contrast and characteristically high density because of the double emulsion. Lower density can be achieved by stand developing or bleaching one side of the film.
