About Fujifilm Superia Venus 800
Fujicolor Superia Venus 800 was the Japan-only variant of their Superia X-TRA 800 emulsion. Venus 800 was an 800/30° known for it's fine grain, wide exposure latitude, and accurate color reproduction thanks to Fuji's 4th Color Layer technology. It was sold in Japan only starting in 2000, and remained in production longer than its worldwide counterpart, finally being discontinued in May of 2019.
